Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
I've made this many times over the last couple of years and it's always a big hit. I've even added big slices of tomato under the breadcrumbs and it's delicious.
This last time, I made it the night before (except for breadcrumb layer) and it baked perfectly. Just need to make sure there's plenty of time to bring it up to room temperature before putting it in the oven.
