Oven Pot Roast

I will give this five stars. My family thought this roast was very tasty. I used about a 3 pound boneless chuck roast. The meat just melted in your mouth like butter. I made mashed potatoes with my meal. Thanks for sharing it was a delicious meal.

Tater Tot Bake

I have to say I have never made A tater tot casserole. My husbands coworker brought some in for lunch and my husband said i want to have that for dinner. It was a huge hit the kids and husband loved it. I did as others suggested i mixed the meat and soup mix together. I added a can of drained corn. My 13 year old wants to try using sausage and green beans next time. thanks for sharing

Chili Chicken Stew

I love this stew. My 10 year old daughter loves it too. My 13 year old son hasn't tried it yet but I know he and my husband will like it . I used 2 cans of cream of chicken like others suggested and 1 can of chicken broth half a can of water and a chicken cube. I used a 10 oz can of rotel and added about 1/4 cup of salsa. This was very delish thanks for sharing

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

First of all I have to say I was worried about the beer taste at first cause the smell was strong throughout the day but the beer taste was not there. I used yuengling tan and black. The sandwich was pretty good but eventhough the bread got toasted when you dipped it made the bread kinda doughy.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

American Lasagna

Cherry Pie III

I have to honestly say this was an wonderful pie. I used oregon red tart can cherries in water and it came out really good. I completly forgot to put the butter and extract in the cherries but it turned out tasty without it. The crust was really flakey and easy to make so thanks for sharing.

This recipie was so good the whole family loved it i actually found a chili i like i really don't like regular chili but i fix it anyway for husband i am not a big pinto fan or kidneybean the cheese make it really tasty.

Oregon Salmon Patties

I have to say this recipie turned out very good. I guess when you sautee the onion in butter it gives the patty more flavor my family loved it. I also use bell pepper in mine and I really like the dry mustard works well and i must not leave out that i used oldbay seasoning I served mine with garlic creamed potatoes and peas yummy.

Quesadillas II

I could not belive how well the tortilla browned and got crispy on the out side i thought you would have to fry them to get that outcome i also added bell pepper and i followed the advice of someone else and baked at 400 degrees for 7 to 9 min then flipped and did it for another 7 to 9 min really great recipie highly recomended i served mine with tortilla soup also on this site.

Blue Ribbon Sugar Cookies

All I gotta say is delicious these were so good and delicate i did notice they were a little greasy but i don't care they were so good i cooked for 10 min and broiled 2 min they came out perfect texture and browness the lemon was really worth it i only added 1 teaspoon trust me thats all it needs just to give it that little extra flavor also what i did was rolled the dough ball in sugar then flattened with the glass the whole cookie was crystalized i definetly reccomend these please try them they are sure to become a favorite cookie.

Brown Sugar Glazed Pork Chops

This recipiewas ok but thye stuffing to soggy i would suggest doing seperate from chops and i would skip the brown sugar it was good until i added that in it made the sogginess a bit worse because it carmelized or something it tasted mre like a bread pudding the chops were good and the stuffing wasn't bad but couldv'e been better.

Exquisite Pizza Sauce

I did like this recipie but i just wanna say beware of the red pepper flakes i was doubling the reipie and so i doubled the pepper flakes was not neccasery we had spicy spicy sauce but on one of the pizzas i put cheese ham cheese ham and all the cheese kinda mellowed the flavor out. will do again but won't do to many flakes.

Banana Bread IV

First I just wanna say this bread is different than some of the banana breads i've had i guess cause this one didn't consist of cinnamon and all the spices i guess but it was very good. I added a little allspice and some nutmeg couldn't find cinnamon. this is more like bread then cake which is what it should be cause bread is in it's name they made huge huge loaves. WE had ours with vanilla icecream it was kinda like a dessert snack. I also added baking powder by accident but came out ok i didn't relize till it was in the oven but it didn't affect it any this was a traditional very easy recipie thanks for sharing.

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

these were actually pretty good prob would have been better if i didn't over cook my chops but that was my fault cause i used loin but i only did it for 30 min 15 on both sides actually not even that more like 20 min to 25 but the recipie was good they had a good flavor.

All I gotta say is oh my goodness this is some good stuff everyone loved it execpt for my son but he is 3 he don't like anything but pizza and eggs it was spicy but just the right amount it wasn't to much we enjoyed it.

Chicken Supreme IV

This stuff was good I did a little differnet I did chicken broth instead of wine the broth went real well with the mushrooms and when the chicken was done i added more cheese and put it back in oven for 4 min to let melt I served it with mushroom rice green beens and cresent rolls everybody loved it.
