Easy Lasagna I
This is a very good basic recipe for fast (prep) lasagna, which is exactly what I was looking for this evening. I also added a spinach layer and doubled the sauce. I use plain sauce in a can and doctor it up because I hate all the added ingredients in jarred sauces. My only problem is that I will never learn to stop squeezing the last layer on top. Have a huge mess to clean up in my oven. :o)

Sloppy Joes II
I'm only giving this three stars because I had to do quite a bit of tweaking to get it right for my taste. As a base for making sloppy joes your 'own' (without the help of Manwich) it's okay. It was a little too dry and crumbly for my family. Since first using this recipe, I double it now and I actually use one can of Manwich (can't believe I'm admitting that) just for the sloppy factor and then add ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, etc. (The brown sugar is the key to this recipe, so whatever changes you make, don't skip the sugar, if anything add a little more!)

Pecan Pie V
This was my first try at making a pecan pie, and it was terrific. I didn't want the hassle of having to go out and buy special syrup, etc., just to make one pie and was very happy with the result. It was super easy to make and was super yummy too! Thank you for sharing with us!
