No olives, (kids don't like) 1/2 cup mayo, 1/2 cup creamy caesar dressing. Recipe was rated 5 stars by all. Thanks for an excellent recipe.

1st time I made it, it was ok. Second time, better...I added a little taco seasoning to the sour cream mixture. Much better! Thanks.

Beth's Scalloped Cabbage

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2004
This is FANTASTIC!! I've served it for company 3 times, and they all want the recipe! I did add a little garlic powder, some pepper, and a little bit of finely chopped onion. Instead of the crackers on top, I used a can of french's fried onion rings. Thanks for the excellent recipe!

Lemony Fish in Foil

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2004
These "packets" were great. Kids enjoyed putting in the veggies they liked. We also had mushrooms, quartered. On a couple, we added some lemon pepper seasoning, and they were tastier. Served with a salad with oil and vinegar dressing, outstanding!!

French Onion Soup III

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2003
I used 3 large spanish onions for this much broth, forgot the flour and added a bay leaf while simmering. Put soup in bowls, layed toast on top, covered with Parmesan and Mozzarella and broiled to perfection! Thanks for the excellent recipe.

Chicken Breasts Pierre

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2003
I used 14 of the salt called for, only 1 12 tsp of brown sugar and only 1 tsp chili powder. When mixing the flour, I added 14 tsp each of paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. These changes made my daughter wish we could give it seven stars out of five!! We also fought over the left overs. Thanks for a great recipe.

Gourmet Chicken Pizza

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2003
Wish I could rate this one a perfect 10!! I made two in order to feed us all. On one I was more generous with the ranch dressing, and it was by far the better pizza. I also sauteed mushrooms and onions in garlic and sprinkled that over both. Hubby wants green pepper and olives on next time - cant' wait! This was the best pizza I've ever tasted, thanks!

Best Ever Saucy Beef Kabobs

Reviewed: May 19, 2003
Excellent...I made the sauce, and used 3/4 of it to marinate the steak pieces. Used the rest to baste steak and veggies as they were cooking....made extras to use for lunch next day, only...there were none left.

Asian Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2003
Way too fat for our tastes...changed to 1/4 cup oil, 3 tbsp vinegar, 3 tbsp sugar. Didn't use butter at all, but toasted sesame seeds and almonds in oven at 350 for 7 minutes. Every one raves over this recipe, and it's a lot healthier, with less juice in bottom of bowl. I also added the flavour pack from the ramen noodles to the dressing and it was to die for. Thanks for the great start though.

Outstanding Chicken Dinner

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2003
Really couldn't decide what to rate this recipe. Wish I had read the reviews before I made it. There is WAY TOO MUCH flour called for. Made a horrible paste....could have used as glue. Wasted a carton of half and half. Started over again with 4 tablespoons of flour and it was delicious. BE CAREFUL. Also sprinkled a little garlic powder on chicken, and on mushrooms. Gave it just the right bite.

Pork Chops in White Wine

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2003
Excellent dish. I did add some onions when browning the chops, and used milk in place of water. I used an oven proof fry pan, transferred to oven after adding sauce and baked for hour at 350. Sauce was much thicker this way, more like gravy. Thanks for the great recipe.

Mushroom Pork Chops

Excellent with a few changes. Mixed 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup white wine with soup, poured over browned chop mixture, and baked in oven for one hour covered. Moist, tender chops with to die for gravy.

Impressed with the flavour, but the chops were tough. Second time, I baked them and they were melt in your mouth good! Thanks for the great recipe.

Easy Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2003
Very good recipe. I only had minced garlic but it still turned out excellent. I had no seasoned bread crumbs, so after it was ready to go into oven, I sprinkled paprika, salt, pepper, parsley and a little italian seasoning on the top. Everyone loved them. Thanks.

Barbecue Beef Cups

Added a diced onion, and 1 clove of minced garlic to the hamburger when frying. Rolled out one biscuit at a time, put in muffin tin and filled right away and had no problems. Very good starter recipe. Kids want chili in them next time. Thanks

Chicken Hurry

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2003
I used boneless skinless breasts as that is what I had on hand. Used sugar twin brown to cut down on calories, but not quite the 1/4 cup called for. I served it with potatoes, but my daughter has requested that I make again with rice...and she's the picky one. Thanks for the great recipe.

Green Bean and Mushroom Medley

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2003
Too much salt. Used seasoned salt, substituted garlic powder and left out the regular salt. Also sprinkled on 2 tbsp parmesan cheese just before serving and everyone loved them, even the veggie haters. Thanks for a great base recipe.

Angel Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2003
Used one cup of wine, two cans of soup (cream of wild mushroom as couldn't find golden) and double the cream cheese. Served over spaghetti as that's all I had in the house and the crowd went wild! My pickiest eater said it's a 10 star recipe, not just 5! Thanks.
