Spintz Cake
This cake is the most intensely chocolate ever. I used expresso coffee which deepened the chocolate flavor. Filling is very peanutnutty and rich. Next time I'm trying a custard filling. Thanks for the great recipe.

Jewish Coffee Cake
Baking time is WAY too long, 40-45 min tops, needs more sour cream, but otherwise a simple and very good coffee cake.

Gramma's Apple Bread Pudding
I did not use the vanilla sauce. I topped with a custard sauce instead. VERRY GOOD
