This recipe is "Slap your Mamma Good" I've never made this recipe because I'm afraid I'll make it every night. My girlfriend always makes this for birthdays around the office. It's the best banana pudding in existence. I'd give it ten starts if I could.

Chicken Enchiladas I

I've made this twice now and both times I had to tweak it. Both times deserved more like two stars but, I gave it three due to the fact I did tweak it. I used corn tortillas and used less sour cream. I didn't use oregano because it seems odd in mexican food. I used fresh cilantro instead of Parsley. I used my own Enchilada Sauce. But over all the taste was just ok. Nothing special. I will go back to using my usual Enchilada

October Apple Pie

I made this recipe for a friend who is an apple pie fanatic. He, and those he shared with, loved it but, I didn't. I thought it was too sweet.

Chicken Tortilla Soup II

My boyfriend loves when I make this. He has asked me to make this for his mother who is a chef! I find it a bit spicy but, that's easily controlled. I also fry the tortilla strips seperately and add them before I serve. I usually garnish with cheese. Sometimes I get creative and add black beans or corn. Overall a great recipe.

Savory Crescent Chicken

Cajun Chicken Pasta

This recipe is great. It's very similar to the lunch special at Austin Ave Sports Bar. Forget the half and half, use the good stuff, you only live once! :)

Sloppy Joes II

Very easy. My boyfriend thought it was a bit sweet. I thought it was perfect. Maybe a tad less brown sugar if you don't like your Joes too sweet. I was worried at first glance at the ingredients. Thought it might need something more but, it was fine just the way it is. I made this recipe and it was perfect for three large adult sandwiches or four smaller adult sandwiches.

Sweet Corn Tomalito

I halved this recipe, as there were only two of us, and it was perfect. It's very very similar to Chevy's. It was exactly what I was looking for. Very simple to make. I was confused about masa harina. I used what I had, "harina," which was flour-tortilla flour. It turned out fine. Very Yummy!!!!! Thanks for the recipe
