Zucchini Oatmeal Cookies

Baked according to directions not diverting from the original. Needed a bit more salt. Personally, I think I would prefer a recipe that used sugar instead of honey.

Zucchini Brownies

Followed recipe exactly, was getting worried about how dry the mix was until I realized that the moisture from the zucchini would be considerable. And it was so true. Delicious brownie like dessert with the frosting... if I were to try it without... not sure how fudgy it would seem.

Donut Muffins

Batter Buns

For that fresh bread taste, these buns on tops! They are a nice lightly sweet dinner roll, that could only be improved if they were more labor intensive...(kneading the dough would make them airier and a lighter bread) Although the dough needs to rise an hour, making these rolls is "quick" in a sense because after mixing the batter, all you do is let it rise while you go about doing other things. There is an easy recipe.. good for young cooks first foray into the world of bread making.

Rhubarb Cheesecake Pie

I liked this recipe a lot! The cheesecake topping is firm and a nice compliment to the tartness of rhubarb. Try it when you are looking for something different to do with your rhubarb! You won't be disappointed!
