Excellent! Better make two batches. This stuff is just too good! Wonderful with fresh fruit.

Great!! I hadn't made pasties in over thirty years, and this recipe tastes just as I remember! I used one more potato than the two the recipe calls for, and I dotted the filling with margarine before placing the pie crust over the top. I also cooked them for 10 more minutes than the 1 hour in the recipe, and I laid a piece of foil loosely over the top once the crusts were brown. I will make this again!

Awesome Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

Mmmm - melty!! I've never had such a great grilled cheese sandwich, and it couldn't be easier! I like the idea that I can make many at once, too. I cooked mine at 400 degrees for 5 minutes, then turned it, and then cooked it for 4 more minutes. That was brown enough for my persoal tastes, and the cheese was so melted! Yum!
