I started this before going to work. I read many of the reviews and doubled the stew meat, used the soup mix in lieu of the chopped onions, and sea salt. I used regular cream of mushroom soup since we're not mushroom eaters. This was so easy that my husband finished cooking it, adding the cream cheese and a few tbsp sour cream. My 4 and 5 1/2 year olds ate adult sized portions. I reheated it after work and it was great! We froze the rest for another night since it was so good my husband, who doesn't like leftovers, actually wanted to save it for another night. Absolutely will be made again!
