Pepperoncini Beef

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2004
This was a very easy recipe and the meat came out extremely tender and fell apart as I was taking it out of the crock pot. But, it was too intense with pepperoncini flavor, and we love pepperoncincis. Next time I will make it with some of the juice, some water and beef broth. Great with prov cheese melted under the broiler!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2004
This is a great party appetizer. I made it for a new years eve party, and there was none left at the end of the night. I used 3 kiwis instead of 2, used half the amount of sugar, and a small amount of fruit preserves. It was plenty sweet. I also used a pizza cutter, and I dipped my tortilla's in the cinn/sugar that I had spread out on a plate. Took a little while, but it was well worth it in the end. Thanks for a great recipe!!!!

Ham and Fresh Basil Pinwheels

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2003
INSTEAD OF FRESH BASIL AND THE WHOLE SUNDRIED TOMATOES, I USED SUNDRIED TOMATO PESTO. IT ADDED GREAT FLAVOR, AND I ALSO USED EXTRA CREAM CHEESE AND A FEW SLICES OF MEAT.

Minestrone Soup I

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2003
I chose to substitute escarole in place of the cabbage and added the beans later because I felt that they were a little overcooked. I also added some fresh ground pepper. I think that it would be delicious with zucchini. I served it with homemade garlic bread. It was a delicious hearty winter meal.
