Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2012
My husband proposed to me after I made this with him--I think that says it all! We always eat it at least yearly for our anniversary and now our children love it too.

Wienerschnitzel

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2012
I like to add the salt and pepper in the form of freshly cracked pepper and kosher salt right into the bread crumbs. I also always use fresh parsley as what is schnitzel without parsley potatoes and lemon slices? Beautiful recipe--thank you.

Ridiculously good--tastes just like our favorite taco wagon fare. My husband LICKED his plate!

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2011
I use powdered buttermilk since I can have it on hand to make this cornbread as often as possible!

Gnocchi with Sage-Butter Sauce

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2011
I make my own gnocchi with instant Idaho mashed potatoes using a 1cup mash, 2cup flour, 1 egg ratio and use the sauce from this recipe. My family (husband and two toddlers) devour it regularly.

Gnocchi I

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2011
These were fantastic. I was in a rush, so I used potato flakes to make my mashed potatoes. I don't recommend doing that unless you make pasta quite frequently so that you know what texture to look for. If you want to get pasta experience, start with "Grandma's Noodles" from this site. It was lucky that I doubled this recipe; I used a sage butter sauce and even my 11 year old brother devoured it!

Manicotti Pancakes I

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2011
A big hit even with my picky eaters. If you want a thicker pasta, use less water and keep the diameter of the "pancake" tighter. You can use cooking spray between batter additions for an easy slide off onto your cooling plate.
