Party Cake Topping

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2012
Very yummy and light. From other reviews I used only 3/4 cup of milk. I also didn't put in the pineapple because my husband doesn't like pineapple. Next time I think I will try chocolate pudding mix. :)

I had never had eggplant parmesan before so maybe it tasted the way it was supposed to but we did not like it.

Sausage Potato Bake

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2011
This was pretty good. It is sort of like beef stew but creamy and with sausage. I did change it .... I didn't use veg beef soup instead I put dry onion soup mix and used a bigger can of cream of mushroom. For the sausage I used the smoked sausage with cheese in it. I also added carrots and corn.

Deni's Strawberry Cheese Pie

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2011
This was really yummy. The first time I made it I didn't use "sweetened" condensed milk .... yuck. The second time I used the correct ingredients and the result was much better. As others suggested I only used 1/3 cup of lemon juice. Also I used a chocolate graham cracker crust.

Crunchy No-Fry Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2011
Per other reviews I added italian seasoning and only used half the red pepper. It was still a little bit spicy and my husband and daughter didn't like it but they are pretty picky. I thought it was pretty good and would have given a higher rating but they didn't like it.

World's Best Scones! From Scotland to the Savoy to the U.S.

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2011
I am not a baker and was a little worried but WOW these are delicious. I doubled the recipe and made 3 kinds plain, semi-sweet chocolate chip, and dried cranberry with pecans. They were all great! The only thing I changed was I froze the butter and used the shredder. This was a tip from another review and it worked great.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2011
This was pretty good I made extra so I could use it for other meals too ...... pizza and stuffed potatoes. I changed the serving calculator to 16 and used the amounts it suggested but I didn't use frozen chicken. When I first put the chicken in the crockpot I added about a cup of chicken broth and cooked it on high for 3 hours. Then I shred it and put it back in the crockpot on low with the sauce ingredients for about 2 hours. It turned out perfect no problem with the sauce being watery .... I used Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce.

Raspberry-Glazed Rosemary Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2011
This was ok my husband and I both thought that it had too much of an herb taste to it. If we try it again we will try less seasoning.

Oven Roasted Red Potatoes

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2011
This is so YUMMY!! I added carrots to it and used red and white new potatoes. For the first 20 minutes I cooked it on 400 and then tossed it. The second 20 minutes I changed the temperature to 350 because I had something else to put in the oven. It turned out perfect and we will definately make this again.
