Oatmeal Shortbread Cookies

A really tasty cookie, especially w/tea or coffee. I used various cookie cutter shapes & found the traditional round cutter to work the best.

Love Letters

These cookies were fun to do & made a great presentation. I liked the results even better when I omitted the water brushing before sprinkling the tops with sugar.
