Grilled Venison Backstrap

We've eaten venison in just about every way, and this was by far the best. It was a lot for 3 people, but there were no leftovers. Awesome.

shucking the oysters (or whatever shellfish I bought; whatever was cheapest)was the hardest part. Nuke them in the micro for a little bit. They pop right open. Nice recipe.

definitively boil or microwave the perogies first; otherwise they take forever and may even burn the outside before the inside even thaws

cooked sausage down a little before,added a bit of garlic and mushrooms and hot sauce. can use as much veggies as you want, there is more than plenty liquid.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

was good; followed other advise and doubled sauce, also cooked 20 min with tin foil cover, and 10 with it off. Used breasts. Think it would have been better if I had marinated the chicken a bit first.

Mustard Onion Pork Chops

Great recipe, and VERY quick and easy. Actually I used venison butterfly chops instead of pork, and added honey and hot sauce to the mustard mix. Everyone in the family loved it.

Creamy Frosting

I don't know what I did wrong; made it twice and turned out curdled and ugly. I also tried to write with it. It didn't work out. The flavor and all is ok, but for appearances, I couldn't get it to work out real well

Barbecued Beef Liver

We all agreed the best liver recipe yet...beats liver and onions by quite a bit just because the liver stays so moist; normal pan fried liver tends to dry out and get tough too easy.
