World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2011
Really good and super easy to make! I love the sauce and the leftover sauce was excellent for spaghetti later that week. I used less salt like other reviewers suggested and it was amazing!

Easy Peach Crisp II

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2011
VERY good. I tripled the peaches, and may actually quadruple them next time. There is a lot of crumble on top and it is VERY sweet, but my family has a major sweet tooth and that was jt fine by us! I will make this again and again. I couldn't believe how easy it was. I dd have to throw it under the broiler for a couple minutes to get it to brown.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2011
So good and insanely easy! I added some vegetables, garlic, and spices, and subbed chicken broth for water and it was delicious. I wasn't home in time to make the dumplings so we just had bisquits instead. This is even better the next day for leftovers!

Loosemeat Sandwiches III

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2011
Very good. I have never had an actual loosemeat sandwich, but being a huge fan of the show "Roseanne" I had to try them. My boyfriend and I actually searched through Netflix to find the episode where the loosemeat sandwich is introduced on the show and watched it while we ate. We're dorks! The taste reminded me a bit of a loose version of a white castle burger, which I love. I modified the recipe a bit per others suggestions and mixed a packet of Lipton onion soup mix along with the water. I also added some garlic, salt, pepper, and a touch of paprika. Very Good.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2011
It was okay. I just wasn't WOWED! The sauce is very thin, I was expecting it to be a bit thicker. Maybe if I add a few more cups of potatoes. It wasn't a horrible taste or anything, I think it just needed a thicer sauce to bring it all together. I may also try more flour.

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2011
Delicious! I added provolone and sauteed mushrooms and onions. I also made it the day ahead in the slow cooker and refrigerated it overnight to let the juices soak in. I was a little worried the dark beer would over-power the taste, but it was so good!

Fettuccine Alfredo

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2011
So good and so easy! The sauce does need a little more milk to smooth it out, but even without doing this it is sooo good!

Toasted Pumpkin Seeds with Sugar and Spice

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2011
These were pretty good. I cut down on the sugar and still had a lot wasted at the bottom of the bowl, but these have a really nice flavor.

Soft Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2011
Very good! Maybe a little too much sugar, next time I will cut that down a bit. Different than any other oatmeal cookie I have ever had. Great with craisins. I cut the recipe in half due to what I had on hand yet still ended up with 24 good sized cookies!

Very good. Made these for my son's first birthday party and everyone seemed to like them. Even people who usually don't like sloppy joes ate quite a few!

Eggplant Parmesan II

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2011
I followed the recipe exactly and used leftover homemade spaghetti sauce that is my family's favorite and the sauce is the only part they would eat. I've had eggplant parmesan in restaurants but this was nothing like that.
