My fasting bg seems to be settling between 84 and 111.  At this point, I have eliminated my need for fast-acting insulin and cut my baseline by half.  If I have too much protein the day before, I get a higher reading.  Similarly, if I do not eat enough fat, I will feel hungry, have less… MORE

Ground Beef with Homemade Taco Seasoning Mix
Made it close to the recipe only I substituted xanthan gum for the cornstarch and added two drops of stevia. I'll make it again!

Southern Fried Cabbage
I recently started a HFLC diet to help control my diabetes. Instead of sugar, I sprinkled on some liquid Stevia. I also added a bit of diced ham. It was terrific! I believe leftovers would be good for lunch the next day! Thank you for a wonderful recipe!

Doughnut Bread Pudding
This turned out incredibly tasty. I used Krispy Kreme donuts as it was what I had. The texture, flavor, etc. will change depending on what is used. I did not use orange zest nor did I use the water bath and it turned out fine. If my camera worked better, the picture would have been better.
