Wow, was this chicken easy! And my boys- husband, 7 yr old, and 18mo old gobbled it up and asked for more. The chicken by itself was yummy too. I adulterated the sauce because I didn't have whipping cream, so I used whole milk, the pan drippings, a squirt of whipped cream, and capers. It didn't whip, so I just glazed the chicken with it. It balanced out the dilly lemony taste of the chicken (already good), softening it with the glaze. Yummy!! I'll make it right next time and see if it's even better!
