Angel Hair with Feta and Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Such a delicious blend of tastes! Restaurant quality. I used basil instead of cilantro. Also I doubled the amount of sundried tomatoes because they really make the dish. My feta cheese was plain. This will definitelly be made often!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

This soup was magnificent! Delicious flavor! I will be making this very often. I only had sandwich meat slices of ham but they worked. And it was just a little salty, so I'll probably use less next time.

Cake Balls

These are delicious and beautiful! I used vanilla cake, chocolate frosting, and chocolate coating. Then I sprinkled some nuts on top. I brought them to work and everyone loved them. Someone said they were so pretty she couldn't believe I made them. They are a bit tedious to make, but well worth the effort!

Chicken Cordon Bleu I

This was very tasty! My boyfriend said it was one of the best he ever had. I dipped the chicken in egg wash and breaded the whole thing (after I wrapped it up). I think next time I'll try the provolone instead of swiss cheese. That's just a personal choice though.

Tzatziki Sauce I

Delicious! I brought this to a party and got so many compliments! I used 4 oz. Greek yogurt and 4 oz. sour cream. I agree with some, the garlic is a bit heavy. Don't get me wrong, I love garlic, but I'll probably use maybe 2 cloves next time. Also, instead of fresh dill I used a paste-type dill in a tube (it was organic). I can't wait to make this again!
