Buffalo Casserole

The recipe sounded so creamy and indulgent! I couldn't wait to try it. I was very disappointed in it though. It came out very dry and flavorless. I love dill but you couldn't even taste it. I would not make again.

Stuffed Green Peppers I

This was my first attempt at making green peppers. I chose this recipe from this site due to the high reviews and it sounded like something I would like. And it was!!! The only changes I made were to decrease the rice to 1/3 cup and decrease the amount of cheese. (I don't like things too cheesy) Will definitely make again.

Jim's Macaroni Salad

Excellent!!! Have made several times. These are the alterations I have made to the recipe. Instead of pimento I use a half a jar of roasted red pepper and decrease the macaroni to 8 ounces. Everything else is the same. Will make again and again.

Easy Rosemary Chicken

I did not really care for this recipe for the following reasons. This recipe turned out very salty and the sauce was too thick. I used Campbell's condensed cream of chicken soup. The regular variety of soup and not the "healty request" variety. This is possibly why it was too salty as the sour cream would not add extra salt. I would recommend using low sodium cream of chicken soup. I also thought the sauce was too thick. I would not make this again.

Alice's Sour Cream Chicken Breasts

This dish far exceeded my expectations! Like other reviewers on here I did a little altering. First I coated the chicken breasts with the lemon pepper and pan seared them. I increased the sour cream to 16 ounces and increased the parm cheese to 1/2 cup. After chicken breasts were seared from pan I removed them and cut up. I deglazed the pan with about 1/2 cup chicken broth. I let the sauce simmer down to thicken up then added chicken pieces back in. I did not use any salt in this recipe. Will be making again and again.

Slow Cooker Chicken Parisienne

This was a great meal. These are the alterations I made. Used "healthy request" mushroom soup and used real mushrooms rather than canned. I did not cook the 6-8 hours as it did not need it. I would make again.

Aunt Anne's Sesame Cookies

These cookies are fantastic!! I made the recipe just as stated and would not change a thing. Some previous reviews state there was not enough anise but I did not find this to be the case. Just the perfect amount. Will definitely make again. Have included some photos of these great cookies.

Gel's Green Beans and Beef

I made this last night. It sounded so good I could not wait to try it. I was, however, disappointed. It did not have much flavor. I was hesitant to add the flour/water mixture at the end, but did so anyway. I wish I would not have, it didn't need it. I don't think I will make this again.
