Holiday Dressing

I thought this recipe was terrific! No lie. I DEFINATELY agree on cutting back the chicken stock. I used 2cups plus a I made Cup of soup and drained the noodles ( i was low on stock!) I also added extra sage which helped the flavor. The sausage was quite tasty, I used italian turkey sausage it was a lot less fatty and a great addition to the thanksgiving spirit! i was nibbling at it right after it came from the oven! a great recipe!

Angel's Yummy Bruschetta

My only complaint about this recipe isthe bread was a bit dry next time i will probably brush some olive oil infused with gralic onto the toasted baugette slices. I did like that mozzerella was sprinkled on then melted on top of the tomatoes. It kept the tomatoe mixture in place while you bit into it. I made this for my dad for dinner tonight and he thought it was great, even though he's not a big bruschetta fan. I will definately use this recipe again.

Crab Stuffed Mushrooms I

I could hardly taste the crabmeat. It tasted mostly like breadcrumbs. I was suggest twice as much crabmeat and some other spices. It was just too bland. I think I will use a different recipe next time.

Eggplant Croquettes

I thought this recipe was disgusting and I usually love eggplant, there was way to much breadcrumbs and the eggplant did not mash well i was left with eggplant pieces that just resembled sauteed onions. I suggest never using this recipe, next time I'll try making salmon croquettes.

Pizza On The Grill I

I didn't think this recipe was outrageously magnificient, I decide to use it on the stove with a grill skillet and it burned the crust a bit. SO with the 2nd part of the dough thenext day I made it in the oven and made it a circular pizza instead of rectangular, i used red onions instead of the roasted peppers. and it was a lot better in my opinion, I think its too much with the fresh tomatoes plus the roasted red peppers, just too sweet. I used oregano instead of fresh basil on top of pizza. The crust is a WONDERFUL recipe anmd will defintaley use it again. Overall with my way it was spectacular.

Italian Portobello Sandwiches

I thought this sandwich was INCREDIBLE! I love Portabello sandwiches and this was SO easy and delicious. I'm a new vegeterian so this will definately become a fave of mine. I actually toasted the sourdough bread with the provolone cheese in the toaster oven so the cheese was niely melted. I also added a shake or two of oregano to the basil mayo in addition to the fresh basil. Also I tossed the roasted peppers in the skillet for the last two minutes of cooking, just enough to get them hot. I admit it was a bit sloppy to eat but totally delicious
