Garlic-Herb Roast Pork

This recipe is super easy and pork comes out soft and moist. I didn't have fresh herbs, so I added Italian seasoning, and a splash of lemon juice like someone suggested. My 2Lb tenderloin also fell apart upon opening in 2 long pieces. Because of that it took only 15 minutes at 300 degrees and the temperature reached about 155. I served it with double baked mashed potatoes and fresh salad. Everybody loved it. Definitely will make again!
