Crepes

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2011
Oh my god!!! I have always wanted to try this at home because the crepes from the Japanese restaurant I always got them from was too money consuming. =] I like eating them by folding a big circle of crepe in half, then spreading nutella all over it, scoop chocolate icecream into it, along with strawberry, banana, and kiwi, then rolling it into a cone. Delicious

Chocolate Ganache

Reviewed: May 19, 2011
As a pour on ganache, I would say this is allright, still a little bit lumpy, but pretty smooth. But once you whip it, oh my, its heavenly. Its firm, and stiff, like buttercream, but a hundred times richer and more chocolatey than buttercream could ever get. Plus it has a light texture to it

Chiffon Cake

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2011
pretty good but the thick and overwhelmingly sweet buttercream icing will overwhelm the light, subtly sweet flavor of chiffon. Instead, try using stabilized whipped cream without an overwhelming amount of whipped cream

Smooth Chocolate Coffee

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2011
lol... Well, maybe the other people were being a bit too much. It wasn't THAT bad. However, I think this is something that sweets lovers would appreciate more than the "No pumps of sugar please" people would. I was craving for chocolate and sugar at the time I made this, I think it tasted pretty good but I added 2 tsp. dark brown sugar. Tip: raw/brown sugar tastes very nice with coffee.

Peanut Butter bannana smoothie

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2011
I'm not so sure about the healthy part (peanut butter has about as much unsaturated to saturated fat ratio as olive oil, and using so much might not be a good idea) but it is pretty refreshing and delicious. :D I drink this before I go running since the high amount of potassium in bananas helps you run faster. By the way, 4 is spelled four, not for, and its probably easier to just use the numbers instead of spelling them out
