Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2014
First cold day of fall... Perfect dinner! So good! I used bone in chicken breast- because that's what I had. Cooked in oven first..Added couple cloves minced garlic when cooking the onion- because I add garlic to almost everything. Added more salt and pepper to taste. Followed others reviews to add chicken and veggies to sauce before putting in crust. Was awesome.

Tropical Grilled Pork Chops

Reviewed: May 15, 2014
Soooo good! Going to be one of our new family favorites! Put over rice.. Wish had more sauce- so good! I didn't add cardamom seeds because didn't have and would prob never use again if I bought. Never picked out a mango so used a small container of fresh mango salsa which had cilantro in it so didn't add extra. Also skipped unsweetened applesauce. I'm sure delish with everything the recipe called for... But loved recipe with what I switched up too. Sweet, with a kick- gotta try!!

Pineapple Chicken Tenders

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2013
Just had this for dinner and wanted to review it because it was so delicious and light...and realized I did it wrong! I didn't heat up marinade! but did let chicken sit in marinade for couple of hours and only used a little over a pound of chicken tenderloins. Made rice pilaf to go along with it...while I grilled chicken I grilled can of pineapple chunks, an orange pepper, and a jalapeno and added it to rice with a splash of the pineapple juice from canned pineapple. Was delicious!! No leftovers!!

Super Short Ribs

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2013
Delicious!! Never made short ribs before. Thank you to all reviews-helped me revise for my family and everyone loved it!! My 12 year old daughter even said it was best "meat" I ever made :) They told me to send in how I made it. Read that it was a little sweet, and since my son doesn't really like pineapple..I left it out. Also, since I was omitting the pineapple and some reviews said too much chili sauce, I used 1/4cup. I didn't soak ribs in water or marinade, but I seasoned them with salt and pepper after browning and cooked in dutch oven in oven for about 3 1/2hrs instead of 2, turning oven down to 325 after 3hrs. Added more beef stock as needed and salt and pepper to taste. Served over egg noodles with bread for dipping. Was delicious!!!!

Absolutely delicious!! and couldn't be easier! Only things I changed were making the buttered bread garlic bread and adding provolone before putting the meat on the rolls so it melted. Served with twice baked potatoes. Fabulous. :)

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

When I told my 14yr old son what I was making for dinner he said "no way am I eating that!" Well, he loved it-the whole family did. Almost opted not to make the sauce...sooo glad I did- makes the whole dish!
