Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie
Fantastic. I made some modifcations. I just sprinkled the top with cinamon and sugar (used dramatically less that the recipe called for) and then I melted 1/4 cup of butter and drizzeled it on top. Also I omitted the honey topping and used homemade salted carmel whiskey sause. It was devine. Very nice deseret. flavorful, textured, and not overly sweet. This combo is magical. Sweet salty cheesey cinamon goodness.
