Learned to cook at a very early age and enjoyed every minute of it. Would help my Mother prepare Sunday dinner and get it into the over so when we came home from Church all we had to do is set the table and eat. My Father was a great cook, he taught me the RIGHT was to peel potatoes, lol and make Home Made Fudge. We were a meat and potatoes family and I can cook a mean steak. Having 3 son's with all diff tastes opened my eyes to many different ways of cooking, which made me a better cook.
My cooking triumphs
The perfect cheesecake, stuffed pork tenderloin, lasagna, bacon wrapped meatloaf and the list goes on.
My cooking tragedies
LOL.... made 2 hugh trays of Tiramisu with my daughter-in-law and well while making it we had a few glasses of wine and while moving the trays from the table to the counter, we dropped them on the kitchen floor. All that work down the drain but all we could do is LAUGH. So we went back to the store, stocked up put the wine away and started ALL over.
