Grilled Chicken with Rosemary and Bacon

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2012
This is a wonderful easy recipe. Also, I always like to use my green/red/yellow bell peppers from the garden, quarter or half them, stuff the chicken inside and wrap the bacon around securing with a toothpick. Grill it that way, it is wonderful

Chipotle Shrimp Tacos

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2011
This deserves 10 stars!!! This is by far one of the best tacos I have ever eaten. My husband and daughters absolutely love this dish. I have made it twice in the past 7 days. The only thing I do different is I add the cilantro and half of the lime juice to the pan after I add the shrimp. Wonderful!!!! Thanks so much for sharing

Easy Italian Chicken II

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2010
this was the easiest chicken recipe. I was worried that baking it uncovered for 1 hour and 15 minutes would temp to dry out the chicken, but I was wrong. This was the juciest baked chicken I have ever had. And the great flavor and ease of preparing was an added bonus. Thank you for sharing.

Lubia Polo (Green Bean Rice)

Reviewed: May 11, 2005
I really like the idea of frest green beans. I couln't find basamatti rice at my grocer, so I used a package of yellow saffron rice. I also used sausage with the hamburger to flavor it up. Also, didn't have any curry, so I used some garlic powder and salt instead. Tasted great!

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2005
This recipe is a regular in our house. I use real onion and in addition, I add some jalapenos in to cook for some spice, and banana peppers on top of the sandwich for a kick. Pork Loin is a wonderful substitute for this meat, which can also be BBQ'ed.

Carol's King Ranch Casserole

Really a big winner at home. Doesn't look to appealing when mixing things up, but the taste and smell more than makes up for it. I used flour tortillas and they worked just fine. Wouldn't change a thing. Thanks for sharing!!
