Hi love this site, not much to know about other than i love food..family and friends. I don't think i have a 100% favorite i really like to make new things I've never try'd before. Definitely my mom making me cheese cake for my birthday i get one every year...also our extended family thanksgiving we started this in 2006..every year we ( me and my fiance Aaron) invite all our friends who are basically family over for a thanksgiving dinner.. we try to make sure it doesn't interfere with anyone's family dinner but we never cook turkey or ham... last year we had Mexican we even had a pinata, the year before that Chinese .. This year who knows but i just bought a Thai cookbook so maybe.. Finally making the perfect pie crust thanks to culinary tech.. flat 7 up who knew and the perfect cheese cake no cracks and it didn't fall YES ! Oh there have been many... my favorite and possibly not my fault at all is the toaster catching on fire while i was making pop tarts. Also trying to make a cheese cake and something must of spilled in the oven from the night before because when i turned it on and put in my cheese cake ...later the whole oven and most of the house was filled smoke and the cheese cake .. well we still ate it cause come on it's cheese cake but it had a distinct smokey flavor.
