These came out really rich, but also really good. I really liked them, but you can't eat too many of them, you'll get sick of them because they're so rich... just look at how much butter goes into it! I tried subbing in 1/2 cup Reese's peanut butter chips for 1/2 a cup of the peanut butter, but I couldn't tell that they were in there. I also didn't completely pulverize the graham crackers (because I did it by hand with a wooden spoon), so there were some nice crunchy bits in it. Goes really well with ice cream. The next time I'm going to make it more chocolatey (probably by making less peanut butter portion), because the peanut butter portion mostly overwhelms the chocolate.
