Grandma Carlson's Turkey Pot Pie

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2012
This was so good. I made a few alterations. I do not cook with shortening, so I just used all butter for the crust. Still sensational and crisp and tender. I also used peas instead of greenbeans. Other than that I followed the recipe. I will definitely be making this again! Yum.

Green Bean Fries

I'm in love! These are exceptional! I used fresh haricot verts, so I didn't cook them, just washed, placed in flour and followed the instructions the rest of the way. YUMMY!

Amazing Pecan Coffee Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2011
Yum! Super good. I even messed the recipe up by accidentally adding an extra 1/2 cup of sugar and it was still good! Will be making again.

Burrito Pie

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2011
This was easy and yummy and gobbled up by the family. As other reviews have stated the meat mixture does make a LOT. I used a big dish and had room for 2 "pies" and we have leftovers.

Crispy and Creamy Doughnuts

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2011
This was an incredible recipe. I followed it completely from start to finish. Some people have mentioned that it is time consuming, but I disagree. It takes time for things to rise, but it is not time consuming to make. 10 minutes, then let rise. Another 10 minutes then let rise. Then you are ready to fry them up! If you have a good fryer and can be systematic about it then this part goes by quickly and is well worth the effort. 20 minutes to get to the frying isn't bad at all! This recipe is saved and my kids are big fans!
