Pasta Shells Florentine
These are great! It takes a little time to get all the shells stuffed, so I usually only make them when my fiance has time to cook with me. If you want to make them a little more hearty, you can add browned ground turkey (or beef, if you prefer) to the filling. My fiance thinks there isn't enough sauce with the original recipe, so we add a little extra. Nothing else needs to be changed!

Maple Salmon
I love this recipe - so easy and great flavor! The only change I make is to exchange garlic powder for the garlic salt (I don't like things too salty, so the soy sauce is plenty of salt for me). My fiance doesn't like fish normally, but he loved this recipe and asked to have it again the next week. It's worth it to get good (real) maple syrup, but I tried it with Hungry Jack syrup once when we were out of the real stuff, and it still had a great taste. I like to serve it with a brown rice/wild rice blend and steamed carrots.

Double Chocolate Brownie Cake
This cake was AWESOME! My fiance was an ice cream cake for his birthday and I wasn't sure what kind of cake would do well in the freezer - I'm so glad I took a shot with this one! I used devil's food cake and devil's food pudding mix and traded peanut butter chips for the chocolate chips. I baked this in two 8" layer pans and it took about 35 minutes. I spread a layer of softened vanilla ice cream between the cakes after they were completely cooled and then frosted the whole thing with Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting and decorated it with mini Reese's cups. Very decadent, but my fiance absolutely loved it and the cake didn't get dry or rock hard in the freezer!
