I have been trying to make more fun and new things for the Girls that I take care of in a group home setting they are normaly picky eaters but loved this dish. I would make this again and again.

Photography Notes: I followed the recipe for A Pad Thai worth making All I did diferent was used Tofu instead of shrimp and served it with a Thai peanut Sauce.
