Thai Noodle Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2003
I scaled the recipe to 10 servings for my bible study group and it worked very well. It is a very tasty salad and you can make it a hot as you like with the red pepper flakes which is good. I also used the linguine paste instead of the Undo noodles as it called for. I will for sure make this again.

Jalapeno Chicken

A keeper in my book...very tasty and different. I used pepper flakes instead of jalapeno only because I didn't have it and it still was very good.

Spicy Pizza Soup

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2003
I doubled the recipe for my Thursday soup group and they all thought it was very tasty. It is easy to put together which I like alot. I used mild Italian sausage so then it used some crushed red pepper flakes. I'll be making it again.

Mama D's Italian Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2002
Very easy to make and it did help having a kitchen aid mixer to knead in all that flour. I made 2 loaves and 1 section into rolls. Everything turned out delicious. I will be making this bread again for sure. Thanks.

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2002
Delicious! It was worth the work. The roasted garlic and onions tasted very good in the soup. This is my second time to make it for a group of 13 and they all loved it.

I doubled this recipes for my Bible study group of 12. I added a bit for spice for extra flavor. For the pasta - I added Orzo which I liked. The whole group enjoyed it. Very easy to make which was another plus. I will keep this one on record and will make again. Joanne

Cooking Light magazine's Indian Chicken Curry

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2002
Very tasty and delicious with my friends who adore curry. I think we could eat curry 3 times a week and this recipe would be at the top of the list. I used red potatoes and cooked them separately then mixed with the rest of the ingredients. It was a true winner in my books.

Cinnamon Swirl Bundt Coffee Cake

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2002
Easy to make with ingredients from my pantry, which is always nice. I didn't have any trouble getting it out of the bundt pan because first I sprayed "PAM" on it and it almost slipped right out. I'll be using this recipe again. Thanks!
