Thai Pork with Peanut Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2012
An easy, winning recipe. It's asked for often.

Baked Beer Can Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2012
Chicken is a bit bland based on these seasonings, although we left out the iodized salt as the others recommended. Chicken came out cooked perfectly, but definitely I would suggest a stronger beer than what we used (Budweiser). I'd try with a Guiness next time.

Cherry Crumble

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2011
I would suggest doubling the amount of crust mixture. We prefer ours to be balances out a bit more. I love this recipe because it is pretty universal. Add whatever fruit mix you would like. Regardless - serve with lemon sorbet. It's the best.

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jun. 16, 2011
Delish! I'm a lazy cook, and this was amazing! I used bbq sauce instead of ketchup, and threw some hot sauce, chili powder and garlic in there to give it a little pop and made a 1/2mix sauce recipe for topping it with a little more wetness. This is one the best recipes out there. My amazing cook of a mother-in-law WANTED THE RECIPE! 100% sucess

Ham Asparagus Gratin

boring but good. I'd suggest peppering in some of your other favorite veggies to give it a little more flavor.

Pizza Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2011
We love this! I usually double up on the meat, adding some italian sausage in there for flavor and a heartier meal. I suggest using a FLAVOR PACKED sauce, or adjusting it yourself, as this is a basic recipe that needs some personal touch-ups. MAKE IT LOTS!

Gold Fever Chicken Wing Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2011
Great basic recipe to use if you want something to go off of. We used this recipe as a starting point for the sauces we made. I cannot stress enough that you need to flour the wings first, then toss them. Otherwise the butter in the sauce runs off into the pan. Delish!

Broccoli Chicken Divan

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2011
Pretty standard, easy to follow recipe. Definitely needs some spicing up, but it's a delicious foundation. We had the left overs as wraps the next day, and they were actually better than the first day. I'm going to make this again.

Mexican Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2011
Great taste! We added some onions, peppers, olives, and other yummies to the mix. Topped with sour cream and Verde Salsa. Amazing. We only used 2 cups of cheese instead of 4 - 4 cups is two bags of cheese, which seemed excessive. For once, the serving size was pretty spot on. The portions are the perfect size for the hearty meal. 5 Stars!

Mushroom Pork Chops

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2011
A little bland, but a great starting point. As a beginning cook, it was perfect for me to try the recipe as is - than grow as a cook and spice it up each time. Great recipe.
