City Chicken
I love this recipe. So simple and tasty. Have made it several times now, all to rave reviews from hubby. I don't bother with the skewers, just brown the pork and add the broth. Makes it more like a stew.

French Onion Casserole
I have a very similar recipe called Dirty Rice Casserole. It calls for the addition of 2 tsp. minced garlic and Tabasco sauce to taste. I don't brown the meat first, but do find that after about one hour in the oven it is necessary to stir the casserole to break up the ground meat and ensure even cooking. Bake for 1/2 hour more and you have a super-easy meal.

Banana Pudding Cake
Tried this cake for my sister's birthday. It was a HUGE hit! Instead of the glaze, I thinned cream cheese icing with a little milk and drizzled over the cake. Very light cake with a luscious banana flavor, and super easy to make.Had two requests for the recipe. Will certainly make again!
