Chicken Tikka Masala
The cilantro is essential. I gave it a 3 because the recipe has errors. I halved the salt just by seeing the recipe (before I read reviews) and it was still too salty. Also, I don't think the grill should be on high...even after oiling it the chicken stuck a LOT I think on medium heat it would have worked better. I did halve the jalepeno pepper and the cayenne b/c I knew my kids wouldn't want it so spicy. When I first bite into it (after realizing it was too salty) I felt like it didn't really taste like chicken tikka masala...then I remembered I forgot the cilantro. I threw that on and "OHH, there we go-that tastes like chicken tikka masala" Overall I like the recipe but I wish that allrecipes would just go in and edit the salt, it is clearly NOT okay.

Basic Corn Muffins
Good basic recipe. I like that it just uses oil instead of butter, I didn't have cornmeal but I ground up 3/4cu of popcorn in my vitamix (whole grains increase in volume when you grind them) and used whole wheat white flour instead of all-purpose. The recipe was simple and flavorful without being too dry. I actually used it to make johnny cakes (cook bacon in a cast iron pan, then w/o draining the fat pour in the cornbread batter and bake top with butter, honey, and bacon crumbles) and it worked well. It didn't spread in the pan when baking like my normal recipe (one off the back of the cornmeal) does...I think it has a touch less liquid-so just remember to spread it by hand if you are doing a larger cake vs muffins.

Curried Coconut Chicken
It is good, but it is missing something...I followed the recipe exactly and it has good flavor, but it doesn't "pop" as much as this type of meal from a restaurant. It feels like it is missing a spice, or maybe needs more curry?? I am going to start experimenting with it as I enjoy curry so I will make it more often.
