Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2013
The only problem I had with this cheesecake is that after I put it in the oven it cracked! I dont know what I did! But I did make a few changes... Instead of cream cheese I used neufelatchel cheese (taste the same but just healthier) and for the top I made my own blueberry glaze. For the blueberry glaze I did 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup sugar 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice 2 tablespoons cornstarch, mixed with 2 tablespoons cold water 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Zest of 1 Orange 1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the blueberries, 1/2 cup of water, sugar and orange juice. Stir frequently, and bring to a low boil. 2. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of cold water. 3. Slowly stir the corn starch into the blueberries, taking care not to crush the blueberries. Simmer until the homemade blueberry sauce is thick enough to coat the back of a metal spoon, about 5 minutes. 4. Remove from heat and gently stir in vanilla and orange zest.

Best Brownies

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2013
Bad idea to leave me home alone with allrecipes as 90% of my internets history. I came across this recipe snooping around for something to bake. I doubled the recipe and put in two 8x8 pans. When my family came home with some of their friends to all have a cookout all two pans of brownies were GONE!! They where not to sweet or stomach turning. DELICIOUS! Heres a SECRET for the people who like the SWEET-SALTY taste!... After pulling the brownies out of the oven (optional to frost them) wait 5 minutes and drizzle CARMEL and SEASALT over them and taste the AMAZINGNESS!

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2013
This pie was DEVOURED less than one day!! I used my pampered chef core, cut and slicer tool which save a lot of time! For the crust I did use lattice work and brushed some egg whites on it. I was very nervous because I had never made a pie before but IT WAS WONDERFUL!!!!

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2013
A m a z i n g!!!! There is no way some one could have possibly rated this recipe 1-4 stars! You can add your own twist to these. What I did is the more ripe the banana the better! Also I added some vanilla in with the wet ingredients. My new banana crumb muffin recipe!
