Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs
Incredible taste! Wow! My family raved about this - they said it was like "company dinner". :) I baked the chicken on skewers in the oven for 20 mins at 350F and then broiled them another 5-10 minutes, turning once, to give 'em a little 'char' taste. I removed the sauce after baking and served it over rice and broccoli as other reviewers recommended - very tasty! I reduced the olive oil to 1/4 cup, the salt to 1 teaspoon and it tasted great! Highly recommend this one - you will be impressed!

Turkey and Quinoa Meatloaf
Awesome taste! Even my meat-loving husband gave this one a thumbs up. I didn't use the hot sauce due to tender palates - just increased the ketchup (instead of tomato paste) to 2 tablespoons. I also add more ketchup to the topping to be more traditional. Can anyone tell me why you have to cook the onions and garlic ahead of time? I'd think that after nearly an hour in the oven, they would be well cooked. (When I put raw onion in beef hamburgers and fry them, they always cook just fine.) I just put them in raw (minced) and they cook just fine. I cook the quinoa in beef broth instead of water - adds some beef flavor. Thanks, Drew! This has become one of my "regulars" now - healthy and tasty! :)

Strawberry Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie
Awesome taste and definitely more filling than the usual smoothie. I made it with strawberries first, using honey instead of sugar and it was great. Then I made it with frozen blueberries alone and it was still amazing! I didn't have any ripe bananas and never missed them - the smoothie was so good and healthy. :)
