Butternut Squash Soup II

Currently eating this soup and had to review because it's amazing (thank goodness I doubled it). I used a variety of additions listed in other reviews. Started by sauteing onion, garlic, and ginger in olive oil, then added the veggies and broth. Added a couple shakes of curry powder, nutmeg, cayenne pepper, and 4-5 cloves. Served with a large dollop of sour cream. YUM- and healthiness is a bonus.

Vegan Split Pea Soup I

Very good soup. Excellent nutrition. Tastes healthy without being bland. Like the reviewer below I also added about 4 extra cups of water and the soup was still pretty thick. Also freezes and reheats well!
