Burgundy Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2012
Amazing. So simple, and so delicious. We all loved it, especially my 10yo and 3yo. They devoured it. I used a thermometer and took it out at 140 degress (it rose another 5 or so while it rested). This made the pork very moist and just the slightest bit pinkish (hardly noticeable to my kids) Made mashed potatoes to go with the gravy and we were in heaven. I used a pinot noir instead of Burgundy since I couldn't find it at the grocery store, for some reason.

Greek Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2010
This is so good. I'm not a fan of this kind of food, and was afraid it was going to be overpowering, but it was fantastic. My 8 year old and 5 year old ate it up...and my husband is in love =) I used marinated artichokes, added just a little bit of the marinade, and then added some cream at the very end. Thanks for this great recipe!

Mint Chocolate Cookie Crunch

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2009
These are unbelievable!! Someone here had said they were going to try these with Andes mints...my advice...do it. I used 3 bags of Andes (total of 34 oz), no extract, a 16oz. bag of oreos, and just about 4 cups of rice krispies...they are even better than Girl Scout cookies (if that's possible)! Can't wait to give these away at Christmas!

Best Bread Machine Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2009
I normally don't use my bread machine, except to make the bagels on this site. I have never liked bread machine bread...until now! I upped the salt to 1.5 tsp, and since I had run out of oil, I used a couple of Tbs. (or thereabouts)of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter. This is to die for. The crust was so light and flaky, and the bread so moist. I can hardly believe it came from my machine. Now after 10 years of marriage I will put it to more use.

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2009
Wow. My husband said the pizza I made with this crust tonight is the best pizza he's ever had. This is a terrific recipe. I did end up adding more flour than it called for (don't know how much more) and it was still fairly sticky), but still perfect. I topped it with a pizza cheese shred, a little bit of "crushed tomatoes with basil and herbs" some pepperoni, sprinkle of italian seasoning, some ground pepper, and finely grated parmesan reggiano...and mmmmm goood! We will never order pizza again.

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2008
So good. I made this in an 8x8 pan and doubled the topping. The whole family raved about it, and couldn't stop eating it. Can't wait for the bananas on the counter to get a little older so I can make it again. Thanks!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2006
Made this tonight and everyone loved it, even my recently picky 5 year old son. My one year old daughter gobbled it up and my husband kept going on and on about how delicious. I didn't have onion salt or celery salt so I left them out. Added just a little garlic powder in and only a little salt on the fish itself. I didn't measure the parmesan just kept grating until it seemed right...always put more in for my cheesy husband :-) So quick and easy too! I just love this site!!

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2006
I made this for my brother in laws birthday because he loves raspberries. Everyone loved it. I have a reputation for making pretty terrific cheesecakes (even took a class from a local cooking school in Cleveland) and my sister and my husband think that this was the best one I have ever made (mainly because they love raspberry so much). I withhold judgment because I don't like raspberry at all really. In there opinion this even beat Martha Stewart's recipe. I used oreo's for the crust with just a TB. of sugar like others suggested. I also doubled the sauce but did not use it all...probably didn't need to double it. No one any more over top because it had already.

Bread Machine Bagels

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2006
Out of this world good!!! I got my bread machine 7 years ago when I got married and used it maybe twice. Since discovering this recipe I have about worn it out. I think I make these bagels at least 3 times a week. Everyone loves them. We all agree that they are as good as Einstein Bros. bagels and better than Bruegger's...we won't even mention how much better than anything from the grocery store. I wish I could give this 10 stars!

J.P.'s Big Daddy Biscuits

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2003
I had never made homemade biscuits before and these were so easy and delicious. My husband has not stopped raving about them, nor my sister or her boyfriend. I have made them 3 times in a week already...twice for breakfast and once for dinner. Thanks John!
