Burgundy Pork Tenderloin
Amazing. So simple, and so delicious. We all loved it, especially my 10yo and 3yo. They devoured it. I used a thermometer and took it out at 140 degress (it rose another 5 or so while it rested). This made the pork very moist and just the slightest bit pinkish (hardly noticeable to my kids) Made mashed potatoes to go with the gravy and we were in heaven. I used a pinot noir instead of Burgundy since I couldn't find it at the grocery store, for some reason.

Greek Chicken Pasta
This is so good. I'm not a fan of this kind of food, and was afraid it was going to be overpowering, but it was fantastic. My 8 year old and 5 year old ate it up...and my husband is in love =) I used marinated artichokes, added just a little bit of the marinade, and then added some cream at the very end. Thanks for this great recipe!

Best Bread Machine Bread
I normally don't use my bread machine, except to make the bagels on this site. I have never liked bread machine bread...until now! I upped the salt to 1.5 tsp, and since I had run out of oil, I used a couple of Tbs. (or thereabouts)of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter. This is to die for. The crust was so light and flaky, and the bread so moist. I can hardly believe it came from my machine. Now after 10 years of marriage I will put it to more use.
