Peanut Butter Fudge III
This came out famously! It was not grainy at all. Not too sweet (as fudge goes). I used butter instead of margarine.

My boyfriend loved this recipe and "accused" me of "witchcraft"! ha ha! My only suggestion is to add about 1/2 tsp brown sugar to bottom/top of each ramiken.

Aunt Anne's Coffee Cake
This cake tastes lovely-a little heavy for my preference. Also, I had a difficult time putting the batter into the 13x9. Recommendations: 1 tsp less butter cut into topping, use 8x8/9x9.
