Broccoli Noodle Side Dish
I used about 3 c. of whole-grain pasta, because that's what I had on hand, but followed the recipe otherwise. As it turned out, I think the whole-grain flavor was a nice addition to the dish; and fewer noodles allowed the flavors of the broccoli and mushrooms to shine. This dish was a wonderful addition to our dinner, and I will definitely make it again!

Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce
The sauce is a beautiful mixture of flavers! I changed the cooking method, because I wanted the asparagus to have a chance to absorb more of the sauce's flavor. So I melted the butter in a saucepan, made the sauce, and then sauteed the asparagus in it. I will definitely make this dish again, and I hope to find other uses for this delicious sauce!

Easy Meatloaf
