Broccoli Noodle Side Dish
I used about 3 c. of whole-grain pasta, because that's what I had on hand, but followed the recipe otherwise.
As it turned out, I think the whole-grain flavor was a nice addition to the dish; and fewer noodles allowed the flavors of the broccoli and mushrooms to shine.
This dish was a wonderful addition to our dinner, and I will definitely make it again!
