I let the venison sit overnight in the cider. That was really the only thing I did different with this recipe.
Eventhough my wife does not eat deer meat, she ate two helpings of this. I couldn't seem to get it off the grill fast enough. I can honestly say that the entire family loves this and I will definitly make this again!
