Okay, on it's own, too bland. So here are my 2nd-time-around alterations, which rated 5stars by the fam. Saute'd leftover rotisserie chicken breast, cubed, with olive oil and minced garlic, then scraped the pan with 1/2 cup of water, and added Classico Fire Roasted Tomato sauce (THE best), added Herbox ckn bouillon, 10oz frozen spinach, 1/2cup more water, salt, 2tsp minced garlic. Let it simmer until spinach hot, removed from stove and added 4T+ of lebni (yogurt cheese). (I add lebni to red sauce to make it creamier, and it's a VERY healthy alternative to cream sauce.)Combined sauce with cooked tortellini, served with fresh parmesan and french bread. YUM
