The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
This recipe was amazing! I received a lot of compliments on the texture and softness of the cookies. I made the dough a few days in advance and refrigerated until I needed it for the party. The cookies stayed soft after baked for a week!

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches
This was really easy and a huge hit at my Christmas party! Served with gardenia mix and swiss cheese on rolls.

Chocolate Bar Fondue
Served this at my Christmas party this year. I did this right in my fondue pot on low. Substituted 1/4 c fresh espresso for the instant coffee and water. I wanted a less sweet, more "adult" taste, so used dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate. It was a huge hit with cubes of pound cake, bananas, strawberries and sugar cookies!
