Fantastic recipe! My entire family loved it, hubby went back for 2nds. The only change I made was used 2/3 mayo instead of the full amount. Thanks so much for the recipe, I will make this again and again.

Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy

This was very good. My whole family enjoyed it and I love that it is so easy. I gave 4/5 stars because I thought it was a bit salty and there wasn't enough gravy. Next time I will modify the season salt and probably triple the gravy. I got 5 medium steak burgers out of a lb. of meat.

Whit's Chicken Enchiladas

Fantastic recipe! I love that it is so easy and pleased the whole family, 1 1/2 year old included. Thanks so much for sharing. I made the recipe two ways, one with cumin spice and chili seasoning, and the other without. If you like a little zip, add the spices. Either way is yummy!

Honey Chicken Stir-Fry

LOVE this recipe! It is so easy, and delicious. I had one serving and my hubby ate the rest. I will need to make more rice for next time as I only made 2 cups. I will be making this again and again. Thanks for sharing!
