Connie's Zucchini "Crab" Cakes

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2002
This is a great recipe. The really do taste like crab. While I liked them alot, I think the smooth texture the flour dredge gives them is not as nice as a bread-crumb dredge... but that's just my opinion! They were still great!!!

Lemon Butter

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2002
This is a very good recipe. It's quite easy, the instructions are simple to follow, and it comes out well every time. I used it as a sauce for a side dish I made, but I think this is better suited as a desert topping. Still very good, and I'll make it again!

Pancakes I

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2002
This is a very easy and good recipe. I won't be buying ready-made mixes anymore, however, I do agree that it is a bit thin as written, and I added about 1/3 cup extra flour to the batter, and it was about perfect. Make sure you don't over beat it, otherwise the gluten will build up and they'll get rubbery. Also, add about a tablespoon of your favorite flavoring, either vanilla, or butterscotch liquor. Over a very good recipe!

Arrabbiata Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2002
This is a great sauce, and I think it is perfect as described. Sometimes I like to add some slices of italian sausage links that I grill to the sauce for flavor and to give it some meatiness.

Best Ever Sausage with Peppers, Onions, and Beer!

Reviewed: May 30, 2002
Hi folks, I'm glad so many people enjoy my recipe, over the years I've read every review, and it makes me so proud!! Since I came up with this recipe, I've cut alcohol completely out of my diet, and have made the recipe using non-alcoholic beer and it works out just as well!
