I'm a stay at homer with 2 boys, one grown, one still growing. I love entertaining and volunteering at school. I loved to bake! I also love creating delicious breakfast and brunch menus for my buddies! My mom always made Christmas cookies with us growing up. She also had a few pierogi parties. We'd have pierogis laying out to dry all over the house. I catered for awhile and my biggest triumph was a dinner for 125 people. Lots of work and lots of wine when it was all done! My earliest tragedy was making cinnamon sugar cookies for my uncle in 2nd grade. Unfortunately I used chili powder instead of cinnamon. He was very gracious.
