About this Cook
I'm a stay at homer with 2 boys, one grown, one still growing. I love entertaining and volunteering at school.
My favorite things to cook
I loved to bake! I also love creating delicious breakfast and brunch menus for my buddies!
My favorite family cooking traditions
My mom always made Christmas cookies with us growing up. She also had a few pierogi parties. We'd have pierogis laying out to dry all over the house.
My cooking triumphs
I catered for awhile and my biggest triumph was a dinner for 125 people. Lots of work and lots of wine when it was all done!
My cooking tragedies
My earliest tragedy was making cinnamon sugar cookies for my uncle in 2nd grade. Unfortunately I used chili powder instead of cinnamon. He was very gracious.

Frosted Banana Bars
Excellent recipe! Great banana taste and not too sweet. Stays moist and delicious for days! I added a little bit of cinnamon and used Cream Cheese Frosting II recipe, and added a little cinnamon to that too.

Boardwalk Quality Maple Walnut Fudge
This was awesome! And couldn't be easier to make. The fudge is so creamy and the blend of flavors is heavenly.
