Spicy Turkey Chili
Canned meat kind of freaks me out so I used ground turkey. I seasoned it with chili powder and quite a bit of red pepper flakes because we like it hot! I also cut up two jalepenos to add the the crock pot. This recipe is called "spicy" but I'm not sure how it could have possibly been spicy with out my jalepeno and red pepper flakes added in. I used rotel with geen chillies instead of stewed tomatoes because I don't care for stewed tomatoes. I also used pinto beans along with the kidney beans. I didnt add any water either. It was GREAT! I gave it threee stars because I chagned most of the recipe.

Mexican Casserole
The recipe is ok. I made a few modifications to make it more flavorful. First I used two 10oz cans of Rotel diced tomatoes with green chillis. I used williams Taco season with the ground beef and I cut about half a yellow onion and added it to the ground beef. I also put cheese on both the layers and jalepenos. I used a mexican blend cheese with a cheddar cheese. I also used corn tortillas instead of flour. I served it with sour cream and hot salsa. My husband liked it but it's not one of my favorites.

Mom's Best Macaroni Salad
I think this is a good recipe... with a few modifications. I made it almost exact the first time. It's just too sweet. Even when I added some spicy brown mustard and paprika. Omit the sugar because the condensed milk is plenty sweet. Add spicy brown mustard, and paprika to taste and I think it's perfect.
