Sopa De Lima (Mexican Lime Soup)

Really delicious!!! LOVE the lime flavor! I did add carrots, celery, potatoes and cumin like others did but it would have been great without as well. Makes a ton!

Absolutely delicious!! Made recipe exactly as stated and it was soooo good! I did put some bean sprouts on top of my serving. The texture and cold crunch with the soup was awesome!

Salmon with Tomatoes

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2014
Wow, the flavors went together perfectly! I used fresh dill and dried parsley because that's what I had, as well as added garlic to the oil for lack of garlic oil. These changes would not have effected the flavor. Really really delicious!

Beer Butt Rosemary Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2011
OH MY GOD!!! Best chicken I've ever had! All I did different was I added carrots and celery to the dish, and for the rub I had a package of 'beer butt chicken seasoning' from Kroger that was 99 cents. I used Boddington's beer, the large can.

Yummm!!! Can't go wrong with these. Halved the sour cream with cream cheese like another suggested but it still would have been awesome the other way. Will make often!

Homemade Wonton Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2012
Wow!! Yummy!!! I added carrot, ginger, and a lot more broth. Also took quite a bit longer to do the wontons for me, but it seemed like the wonton wrappers that I bought were very little (about 2.5" by 2.5" box) so they held less meat in each one. If I wasn't the one that made it, I would have sworn it came from a restaurant! Will make again and again! (I also had way too many wontons so I left a bunch out and fried them the next day as an appetizer. Delicious!!!)

Salisbury Steak with Mushrooms

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2014
This was amazing!!! We had 1.40 lbs ground beef so we just used more of each ingredient and made larger size patties. Finished off all of the leftovers in no time!! Served over mashed red potatoes. I didn't change a thing and was honestly surprised how delicious and flavorful it was with no tweaking the recipe! Thanks so much!!
